Energyia holistic yoga flow, fitness and self spa holiday retreats in the Greek Islands with Michele Wilburn are taking place from mid April to October 31st in the most lovely location bases on the Greek Island of Zakynthos, also known as Zante.

Energyia Holidays at Porto Koukla are known as Magical Marathonisi. Guests are accommodated in lovely rooms with spectacular views of Marathonisi. Porto Koukla - is a rural and rather rustic region, with little else going on but for a couple of hotels. Energyia guests stay at the Gloria Maris Hotel. The beach is not so wonderful, but the swimming is great - the water is shallow and warm.

As part of your package  2 return taxi boat trips to Marathonisi Island are included, where we can really relax for the day, and include Energyia holistic holiday self spa pampering routines into the time we spend there. he pool is amzing at POrto Koukla Hotel and the gardens lush and tropical.

Prices listed are in £ sterling for each Energyia Holistic Holiday guest. If friends or family accompany you who will not be participating in the Energyia holistic fitness retreat holiday programme, prices will also vary.

An Energyia day trip to the North of the island of Zakynthos, including therapeutic Self Spa and bathing at the Sulphur Sea Spa Springs of Xigia. We also visit the Windmills at Skinari, where you can opt for an Eco Challenge and swim inside the famous blue caves. We end the day at Keri on the West Coast with a sunset meditation.

Two return taxi boat trips to the island of Marathonisi for pampering and self spa

Air conditioning can be paid for separately at 7 euros a day at reception.

Rooms for Energyia Holistic Holiday Guests

Each room is  with bathroom/shower, piped music, telephone, TV, fridge, balcony or terrace with table and chairs and daily maid service maid.

Also available are apartments for 4/6 persons with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and 2 luxury suites with a jacuzzi/bath and a larger private balcony, with prices upon request.

You have two pleasant bars to relax in during the evenings, right on the sea, with a balmy tropical ambience. The hotel overlooks a wide expanse of sea in the Laganas Bay. 

Porto Koukla is a small village, with just a couple of tavernas and a few houses. With a few hotels, and studio apartments in the area, it is largely unspoiled by commercial tourism.

In Porto Koukla  you can combine relaxation, peace and tranquillity with energising Energyia holistic fitness holiday activities.

Boats are available for hire by the hour, or day, and a taxi boat service to Marathonisi Island takes place several times daily.

• Boat trips to the nearby Keri Caves - a spectacular and awe-inspiring experience depart from the Tropics Bar throughout the day.

• A brilliant experience. Boat trips are also available for the famous Turtle Spotting adventure in the surrounding Bay of the National Marine Park of Zakynthos.

• Energyia holistic fitness holiday retreat guests have a delightful time exploring the rustic and rural Greek countryside in the Porto Koukla region.
• Many guests choose to hire a bike and head off on small excursions through the shady olive groves.
• With great sea air, marvellous aromas and flora and a wide open expanse of crystal waters for swimming, the bay and coastline around the tropical gardens of the Gloria Maris Hotel is shallow and warm, ideal for bathing in the heat of the summer. The beach consists of a small narrow bay, quite rocky in places.
