The Balcony Hotel is a small boutique hotel with 33 rooms. It stands on a hillside at the entrance to Tsilivi Beach, with one of the most awe-inspiring sea views on the island of Zakynthos.

With  magnificent sunsets and breathtaking views over Tsilivi beach and an amazing view over the Ionian Sea with the small islet of Voidi nearby, and the neighbouring island of Kephalonia in the distance, the Balcony Boutique Hotel is a haven of peace and tranquillity. Prices listed are per person per week in £ sterling in either a single, double or triple room. To ensure you are comfortable, with private time to relax, rooms are never allocated on a shared basis, unless you are travelling with family or friends and request to share a double, triple room, studio or villa facilities.

From every angle at the balcony the sea views are quite breath-taking. Energyia holistic fitness and yoga flow sessions are held on a terrace at the back of the hotel, or on a grass area, in the shade.Energyia holistic fitness activity holidays in the Greek Islands located in Greece during the summer of 2008 at the Balcony Boutique Hotel, back on to the rustic and delightful region of Akrotiri.  The Balcony Hotel, a small hotel with 34 rooms, provides a serene haven for relaxation, revitalization and rejuvenation.

The Balcony Hotel combines traditional Zakynthian architecture with charming decor. Garden Terraces surround the hotel, with breath-taking views.  A private pathway leads from the garden to the long sandy beach of Tsilivi. This small Boutique Hotel also has triple rooms, and one two-bedroom apartment.

A buffet breakfast is included in the price. The Balcony restaurant and outdoor lounge provides a really lovely ambience. The snack bar and restaurant are open until late evening, providing an option should you want to eat there. A number of tavernas are also close by, including a traditional fish taverna right on the sea at the bottom of the Balcony stairs.

Tsilivi, 5 km north of Zakynthos town, has a long safe beach, with a wide choice of bars and restaurants, and a great selection of water sports facilities.

Although the Balcony Hotel does not have a swimming pool, the beach at the bottom of the Balcony Hotel stairs provides the best and quietest area on Tsilivi beach for swimming and relaxation. You can also use swimming pools facilities at hotels and beach bars within comfortable walking distance of around 5 minutes, nearby on Tsilivi beach.

The Balcony Hotel provides a serene location for Energyia holistic fitness retreat guests. Everyone loves it here. It is one of the only hotel facilities on the island that does not host mass tour groups, making it far more charming, 'retreaty', and authentic in style.

 

 There is a regular bus service to Zakynthos town, and taxis are available. The central resort centre of Tsilivi is about 1 kilometre away where you can find a wide choice of tavernas, bars, restaurants and local shops.
